Aceste orient\u0103ri urm\u0103resc s\u0103 promoveze o rela\u021bie productiv\u0103 care sprijin\u0103 generarea \u0219i diseminarea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor, conduita etic\u0103, cre\u0219terea profesional\u0103, drepturile de proprietate intelectual\u0103, stabilitatea \u00een munc\u0103, condi\u021bii de munc\u0103 bune, egalitatea de gen, non-discriminarea \u0219i mobilitatea.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Codul de Conduit\u0103 pentru Recrutarea Cercet\u0103torilor completeaz\u0103 Carta prin furnizarea de principii generale \u0219i cerin\u021be pentru practici de recrutare deschise, transparente \u0219i bazate pe merit (OTM-R). Acest lucru are ca scop crearea unei pie\u021be de munc\u0103 atractive, deschise \u0219i durabile pentru cercet\u0103tori \u00een Europa.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Tot \u00een anul 2022, UVT a demarat procesul de implementare a HRS4R, bazat pe evaluarea constant\u0103 a aplic\u0103rii acestor 40 de principii.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/euraxess.ec.europa.eu\/jobs\/hrs4r\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HR Strategy for Researchers \u2013 HRS4R<\/a>\u201d reprezint\u0103 cadrul de aplicare a celor 40 de principii ale Cartei Europene a Cercet\u0103torilor \u0219i ale Codului de conduit\u0103 pentru recrutarea cercet\u0103torilor \u00een politicile \u0219i practicile institu\u021bionale. Cele 40 de principii definesc drepturile \u0219i obliga\u021biile cercet\u0103torilor, angajatorilor \u0219i finan\u021batorilor cercet\u0103torilor din statele europene membre ale Uniunii Europene.<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00cen prezent, UVT este \u00een proces de implementare a HRS4R, viz\u00e2nd la finalizarea procesului ob\u021binerea certific\u0103rii \u201cHR Excellence in Research Award\u201d, din partea Comisiei Europene.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Premiul &#8220;Excelen\u021b\u0103 \u00een Cercetare pentru Resurse Umane&#8221; ofer\u0103 recunoa\u0219tere public\u0103 institu\u021biilor de cercetare care au f\u0103cut progrese \u00een alinierea politicilor lor de resurse umane cu principiile stabilite \u00een Cart\u0103 \u0219i Cod. Institu\u021biile care au primit dreptul de a utiliza acest simbol \u00eel pot folosi pentru a eviden\u021bia angajamentul lor de a implementa proceduri corecte \u0219i transparente de recrutare \u0219i evaluare pentru cercet\u0103tori. These guidelines aim to promote a productive relationship that supports knowledge generation and dissemination, ethical conduct, professional growth, intellectual property rights, job stability, good working conditions, gender equality, non-discrimination, and mobility.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers complements the Charter by providing general principles and requirements for open, transparent, and merit-based recruitment (OTM-R) practices. This aims to create an attractive, open, and sustainable labor market for researchers in Europe.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Also in 2022, UVT began the process of implementing HRS4R, based on the constant evaluation of the application of these 40 principles.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/euraxess.ec.europa.eu\/jobs\/hrs4r\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HR Strategy for Researchers \u2013 HRS4R<\/a>&#8221; represents the framework for applying the 40 principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers in institutional policies and practices. The 40 principles define the rights and obligations of researchers, employers, and funders of researchers in the European Union member states.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Currently, UVT is in the process of implementing HRS4R, aiming to obtain the &#8220;HR Excellence in Research Award&#8221; from the European Commission upon completion.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The &#8220;HR Excellence in Research Award&#8221; publicly recognizes research institutions that have made progress in aligning their human resources policies with the principles set out in the Charter and Code. Institutions that have been awarded the right to use this symbol can highlight their commitment to implementing fair and transparent recruitment and appraisal procedures for researchers. This certification also signifies a commitment to continued alignment with European standards of good practice.<\/span><\/p><p>.<\/p><p><b>Benefits of HRS4R accreditation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contributing to the University&#8217;s goal of improving research quality through strategies for appointing, developing, and retaining the best researchers.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Documented proof of the University&#8217;s commitment to good working conditions and career development for researchers.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Increasing the University&#8217;s prestige and attractiveness to researchers.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adding value to research funding applications (both EU and domestically supported).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">International attractiveness and visibility of the institution, aligned with European standards.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creating conditions for better career growth in research and development at the University.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recognition of experience from mobilities in the
