Prin acest apel lansat de EIT Food, se ofer\u0103 organiza\u021biilor individuale sau micilor consor\u021bii oportunitatea de a dedica suficient timp test\u0103rii \u0219i demonstrarii relevan\u021bei abord\u0103rii propuse pentru stabilirea impactului societal al ideii. Etapa de demonstrare a conceptului poate fi folosit\u0103 \u0219i pentru a construi un model extins pentru un proiect viitor cu o durat\u0103 mai mare.
