class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conform articolului 9, alineatul (1) din Legea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului superior nr. 199\/2023, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e\u00een institu\u0163iile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt superior de stat \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul este gratuit, pentru cifra de \u015fcolarizare aprobat\u0103 anual prin hot\u0103r\u00e2re a Guvernului, \u015fi cu tax\u0103. Cuantumul taxei de \u015fcolarizare este propus de consiliul de administra\u0163ie, aprobat de senatul universitar \u015fi se aduce la cuno\u015ftin\u0163a candida\u0163ilor la data public\u0103rii ofertei educa\u0163ionale, conform metodologiei-cadru privind organizarea admiterii \u00een ciclurile de studii universitare de licen\u0163\u0103, de master \u015fi de doctorat.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, iar alineatul (5) al aceluia\u0219i articol stabile\u0219te faptul c\u0103 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201einstitu\u0163iile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt superior au autonomie \u00een stabilirea cuantumului taxelor\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Articolul 148, alineatul (3) din Legea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului superior nr. 199\/2023, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare, reglementeaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e\u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul superior de stat se pot percepe taxe pentru: dep\u0103\u015firea duratei de \u015fcolarizare prev\u0103zute de lege, \u00eenscrierea la concursuri de admitere, \u00eenmatriculare, re\u00eenmatriculare, repetarea examenelor, precum \u015fi a altor forme de verificare care dep\u0103\u015fesc prevederile regulamentului de studii. De asemenea se pot percepe taxe \u015fi pentru activit\u0103\u0163i neincluse \u00een regulamentul de studii, conform metodologiei aprobate de senatul universitar\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astfel, \u00een conformitate cu prevederile legale, Universitatea de Vest din Timi\u0219oara (UVT) percepe<strong> taxe de studii pentru studen\u021bii ce nu ocup\u0103 un loc finan\u021bat de la bugetul de stat<\/strong>, precum \u0219i diverse alte <strong>taxe universitate<\/strong>, pentru to\u021bi studen\u021bii, indiferent de forma de finan\u021bare a studiilor acestora, pentru activit\u0103\u021bile men\u021bionate la articolul 148, alineatul (3)\u00a0 din Legea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului superior nr. 199\/2023, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De asemenea, studen\u021bii caza\u021bi \u00een c\u0103minele UVT achit\u0103 lunar o <strong>tax\u0103 de cazare<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Toate taxele pot fi achitate prin intermediul platformei online <a href=\"http:\/\/www.studentweb.uvt.ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">StudentWeb<\/a>, acces\u00e2nd sec\u021biunea <i>Financiar -&gt; Pl\u0103\u021bi<\/i>.<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuantumurile taxelor percepute de UVT, aferente<strong> anului universitar 2025-2026<\/strong>, aprobate de Senatul universitar, sunt disponibile aici:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/uvt.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/07\/Taxe-studiu-2025-2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taxe de studiu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/uvt.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/07\/Alte-taxe-universitare-2025-2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taxe universitare<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uvt.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Taxe-de-cazare-pentru-anul-universitar-2025-2026-pentru-site.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taxe de cazare<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Taxele de studiu pot fi achitate \u00een mai multe tran\u0219e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, conform <\/span><b><i>contractului de studii<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Astfel, \u00een <strong>anul universitar 2025-2026<\/strong>\u00a0tran\u0219ele pentru achitarea taxei de studiu sunt urm\u0103toarele:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pentru studen\u021bii din anul I al ciclului de studii universitare de licen\u021b\u0103, respectiv de masterat<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prima tran\u0219\u0103, 30% din valoarea taxei de studiu, se achit\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 23.07.2025 pentru candida\u021bii admi\u0219i \u00een sesiunea iulie 2025, respectiv 15 septembrie 2025 \u2013 ciclul de studii universitare de licen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i 17 septembrie 2025 \u2013 ciclul de studii universitare de masterat, pentru sesiunea de admitere din luna septembrie;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a doua tran\u0219\u0103, 40% din valoarea taxei de studiu, se achit\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 31 octombrie 2025;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a treia tran\u0219\u0103, 30% din valoarea taxei de studiu din valoarea taxei de studiu se achit\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 15 ianuarie 2026.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pentru studen\u021bii din anii II, III \u0219i IV ai ciclului de studii universitare de licen\u021b\u0103, respectiv anul II al ciclului de studii universitare de masterat<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prima tran\u0219\u0103, 50% din valoarea taxei de studiu, se achit\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 31 octombrie 2025;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a doua tran\u0219\u0103, 50% din valoarea taxei de studiu, se achit\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 15 ianuarie 2026.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Termenele limit\u0103 pentru achitarea taxelor universitare sunt stabilite \u00een <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/uvt.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/07\/Codul-drepturilor-studentului-si-Regulamentul-privind-activitatea-studentilor.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><i>Codul drepturilor \u0219i obliga\u021biilor studentului \u0219i Regulamentul privind activitatea profesional\u0103 a studen\u021bilor de la ciclurile universitare de licen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de masterat din Universitatea de Vest din Timi\u0219oara<\/i><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Astfel, termenele \u00een vigoare sunt:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>taxa de reexaminare <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; cu cel pu\u021bin 2 zile lucr\u0103toare \u00eenainte de \u00eenceperea sesiunii de examene \u00een care se dore\u0219te sus\u021binerea reexamin\u0103rii (\u00een cazul <\/span><b>re\u00eenmatricul\u0103rii \/ repet\u0103rii \/ prelungirii de studii<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, caz \u00een care taxele de reexaminare se achit\u0103 \u00een termen de 5 zile lucr\u0103toare de la \u00eenceperea anului universitar)<\/span><ul><li><div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 23\"><div class=\"section\"><div class=\"layoutArea\"><div class=\"column\"><p>Prin except\u0326ie, i\u0302n cazul <strong>sesiunii B-II pentru anii terminali<\/strong>, taxa de reexaminare poate fi achitata\u0306 pa\u0302na\u0306 cu cel put\u0326in doua\u0306 zile lucra\u0306toare i\u0302naintea datei stabilita\u0306 pentru sust\u0326inerea examenului.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>taxa de recontractare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; primele 5 zile lucr\u0103toare de la \u00eenceperea anului universitar;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>taxa de prelungire a studiilor &#8211; <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">48 de ore de la primirea notific\u0103rii conform c\u0103reia taxa a fost configurat\u0103;<\/span><\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>taxa de repetare a studiilor<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 3 zile lucr\u0103toare de la primirea notific\u0103rii conform c\u0103reia taxa a fost configurat\u0103.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Taxa de cazare se achit\u0103 <\/span><b>lunar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, p\u00e2n\u0103 la<\/span><b> data de 15 a lunii urm\u0103toare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> celei pentru care se face plata, conform <\/span><b><i>Contractului de \u00eenchiriere<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
