facult\u0103\u021bilor UVT, organizeaz\u0103 \u00een fiecare an universitar <\/span><b>programul de tutorat Peer to Peer Tutoring (P2PT) \u00een Universitatea de Vest din Timi\u0219oara<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, prin intermediul c\u0103ruia<\/span><b> \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 ofere studen\u021bilor UVT din anul I al studiilor universitare de licen\u021b\u0103 servicii de asisten\u021b\u0103 educa\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i de dezvoltare a carierei, cu focus pe integrarea acestora \u00een mediul universitare cu sprijinul colegilor din anii mai mari<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Tutoratul <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">este o activitate formal\u0103 care are \u00een vedere stabilirea unei rela\u021bii \u00eentre o persoan\u0103 mai experimentat\u0103 \u0219i informat\u0103 \u0219i una mai pu\u021bin experimentat\u0103 \u0219i informat\u0103, prima av\u00e2nd un rol suportiv \u0219i de facilitare a dezvolt\u0103rii personale \u0219i \u00een carier\u0103 a celei de-a doua. <\/span><b>Peer-tutoringul<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> este o form\u0103 particular\u0103 de tutorat, care se realizeaz\u0103 \u201ede la egal la egal\u201d, \u00eentre persoane ce apar\u021bin aceluia\u0219i grup social \u0219i de\u021bin un statut profesional similar. \u00cen \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul universitar, peer-tutoringul este un program de interven\u021bie psihopedagogic\u0103 \u00een cadrul c\u0103rora studen\u021bii din an mai mari ofer\u0103 sprijin academic \u0219i social studen\u021bilor din anii mai mici.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Obiectivul general<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> al activit\u0103\u021bii de peer tutoring este de a facilita \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea \u0219i adaptarea la mediul academic a studen\u021bilor tutora\u021bi. <\/span><b>S<\/b><b>copul<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> implement\u0103rii programului Peer to Peer Tutoring \u00een Universitatea de Vest din Timi\u0219oara este de a-i ajuta pe studen\u021bii din anul I al ciclului de studii universitare de licen\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 se acomodeze mai u\u0219or la mediul universitar, de a le furniza informa\u021bii utile cu privire regulamentele \u0219i procedurile prezente \u00een UVT sau la facultatea la care studiaz\u0103, de a-i ajuta s\u0103 se acomodeze la via\u021ba \u00een c\u0103min, de a le facilita comunicarea cu colegii \u0219i cu cadrele didactice, de a le sus\u021bine motiva\u021bia pentru studii, de a le oferi sprijin, de a le dezvolta independen\u021ba \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare etc. Acest lucru le poate oferi bobocilor o tranzi\u021bie mai u\u0219oar\u0103 de la mediu \u0219colar preuniversitar la cel universitar, o mai bun\u0103 adaptare la cerin\u021bele academice \u0219i statul autonom de student, \u0219anse mai mari de performan\u021be \u0219colare, un risc mai sc\u0103zut de abandon \u0219colar, o dezvoltare personal\u0103, social\u0103 \u0219i profesional\u0103 armonioas\u0103 \u2013 premisele dezvolt\u0103rii unei cariere de succes.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Scurt\u0103 descriere a principalilor actori implica\u021bi \u00een acest program:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Studentul-tutore<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: este student la un program de studii universitare de licen\u021b\u0103 (anul II, III, IV), masterat sau doctorat care, \u00een cadrul programului, \u00een regim de voluntariat, va tutora un grup \u00eentre 5-30 de studen\u021bi din anul I al ciclului de studii universitare de licen\u021b\u0103.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Studentul tutore are misiunea de a-\u0219i ajuta colegii s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dezvolte competen\u021bele personale \u0219i de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare necesare pentru a-\u0219i \u00eendeplini obiectivele academice.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Studentul tutore coordonator<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: este un student care a avut rezultate bune \u00eentr-un un program de tutorat anterior sau \u00een alte activit\u0103\u021bi de voluntariat, are rezultate academice bune, de\u021bine competen\u021be organiza\u021bionale\/de management \u0219i poate coordona \u0219i monitoriza activitatea altor studen\u021bi tutori.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Studentul tutorat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: este studentul din anul I al ciclului de studii universitare de licen\u021b\u0103 care beneficiaz\u0103 de activit\u0103\u021bi specifice de peer-tutoring pentru o adaptare mai bun\u0103 la mediul academic \u0219i via\u021ba de student.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Cadrul didactic responsabil de programul de tutorat la nivel de facultate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: este un cadru didactic desemnat de conducerea facult\u0103\u021bii pentru a asigura buna desf\u0103\u0219urare a programului de tutorat \u0219i peer-tutoring la nivelul facult\u0103\u021bii. Acesta colaboreaz\u0103 cu coordonatorul de program de la Centrul de Consiliere \u0219i Orientare \u00een Carier\u0103 (CCOC), se implic\u0103 \u00een procesul de selec\u021bie a studen\u021bilor tutori, se ocup\u0103 de distribuirea listelor cu studen\u021bii tutori c\u0103tre tutorii de an \u0219i de evaluarea final\u0103 a studen\u021bilor tutori \u0219i coordonatori.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Tutorele de an: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">este cadrul didactic desemnat pentru a asigura suport \u0219i \u00eendrumare studen\u021bilor dintr-un anumit an \u0219i program de studii universitare.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>Pentru a-\u0219i putea \u00eendeplini corespunz\u0103tor rolurile, studen\u021bii-tutori \u0219i studen\u021bii-coordonatori vor trebui s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dezvolte anumite competen\u021be de baz\u0103, s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i \u00eensu\u0219easc\u0103 anumite cuno\u0219tin\u021be, metode \u0219i mijloace specifice activit\u0103\u021bii de tutorat. \u00cen acest sens, Programul Peer to Peer Tutoring (P2PT) are prev\u0103zute 5 sesiuni de formare: 4 module de formare ini\u021bial\u0103 (1. Peer-tutoring-ul. Rolul studentului tutore. Sarcini specifice, 2. Dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, 3. Dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor sociale, 4. Regulamente \u0219i proceduri UVT) \u0219i un modul de dezvoltare a aprofundare (5. Activit\u0103\u021bi specifice de peer-tutoring. Exerci\u021bii \u0219i aplica\u021bii).<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realizarea de activit\u0103\u021bi de tutorat individuale \u0219i de grup, comunicarea online cu studen\u021bii tutora\u021bi, oferirea de suport \u00een rezolvarea unor probleme administrative sau sociale, facilitarea unor \u00eent\u00e2lniri sociale \u00eentre studen\u021bi sunt doar c\u00e2teva dintre activit\u0103\u021bile pe care studen\u021bii tutori le vor desf\u0103\u0219ura \u00een cadrul acestui program. Studen\u021bii tutori coordonatori le vor oferii suport desf\u0103\u0219urarea acestor activit\u0103\u021bi, vor monitoriza implementarea acestora \u0219i vor media leg\u0103tura cu coordonatorul CCOC.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Activitatea de voluntariat a studen\u021bilor-tutori va fi raportat\u0103 periodic coordonatorului de program din cadrul Centrului de Consiliere \u0219i Orientare \u00een Carier\u0103 al UVT. At\u00e2t studen\u021bii-tutori, c\u00e2t \u0219i studen\u021bii-coordonatori vor \u00eentocmi 2 rapoarte de evaluare. \u00cen condi\u021biile \u00een care ace\u0219tia au desf\u0103\u0219urat, p\u00e2n\u0103 la data \u00eencheierii programului, un total de cel pu\u021bin 60 de ore voluntariat, vor fi evalua\u021bi \u00een sesiunea A-I de cadrul didactic responsabil de program la nivel de facultate\/program de studii. Evaluarea activit\u0103\u021bii studen\u021bilor tutori se va nota cu calificativul admis\/respins, conform <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regulamentului privind acordarea de credite pentru activitatea de voluntariat din UVT<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00cen condi\u021biile acord\u0103rii calificativului <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">admis<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, studen\u021bii tutori vor beneficia de 2 credite de studii transferabile adi\u021bionale, corespunz\u0103toare disciplinei facultative <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voluntariat<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cuprins\u0103 \u00een planul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt al tuturor programelor de studii universitare de licen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de masterat din UVT. Programul Peer to Peer Tutoring se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 doar \u00een semestrul I al anului universitar. De asemenea, studen\u021bii care au acumulat cel pu\u021bin 60 de ore de activitate, vor beneficia, la finalul contractului, de eliberarea unui certificat de
