Dear students,
It gives us great joy to invite you to contribute together to actions for the prevention of climate change, which also gives us the opportunity to spend time together, in the UVT community, with positive impact at the local and regional level.
Since 2016, we have proposed at UVT to concretely support actions aimed at protecting the environment, by organizing conferences, debates, workshops, Green Week and even, from 2022, a whole Green Month. Moreover, in order for each UVT student to be symbolically represented in the local community, through the study contracts concluded starting from the academic year 2020/2021, we invited you to leave your mark in the local ecosystem by planting a tree.
In the spirit of this vision, we invite you to take part during November 11-12, 2022 in the action of planting some saplings in the Forest Protection Curtain of Timișoara. The action is organized by Timiș Waste Intercommunity Development Agency, in partnership with the West University of Timișoara (UVT). To confirm your participation, we ask you to complete THIS FORM.

After participating in this planting action, we will invite you to send us pictures of you from the planting (by uploading the materials in another form) and a short testimonial about what environmental protection means to you. We will dedicate a page post to this activity https://uvt.ro/experienta-uvt/sustenabilitate/, promoting you as "students - ambassadors of sustainability".
