The Western University of Timișoara had the pleasure of hosting the first autumn 2021 edition of the public educational project "Beyond Generations - Learning from experience", which is addressed to young people with initiative in Romania.
The project facilitates direct acquaintance with top managers and leaders, from whose stories and careers students can be inspired and choose role models. The first edition this fall, which includes conferences organized in the form of live webinars, had her as a guest the lady Christina Verchere, CEO of OMV Petrom, within a event produced with the support Gas from Romania. The participants were able to learn details about the successful career of one of the most powerful business women in Romania.
The "Beyond Generations - Learning from experience" series will continue with the participation of some of the most relevant models in domestic management, with whom students will learn practical and current aspects in the most visible successful careers, based on valuable experience of those who have reached new professional heights.
As a comprehensive university, representative of the Romanian university space, UVT reaffirms its role in community life by engaging in multiple public projects, and the partnership with the Oil and Gas Employers' Federation (FPPG) was built on this foundation. As educational opportunities for the new generation continue to be part of FPPG's concern, dialogues with managers and top leaders will continue to take place with its support, through the Gaz de Romania platform.
