In the dynamic landscape of evolving challenges in the cyber field, where human behavior plays a central role in the sphere of cyber security, the West University of Timișoara has increasingly turned its attention to raising awareness of these contemporary challenges in the community.

Between November 16-17, 2023, the West University of Timișoara organizes CyberWEEK@UVT, an academic conference aimed at specialists in the field of information security, in which the active participation of students and professors with notable experience in researching the topic of cyber security is also expected. We invite you to this event, created and supported as a collective commitment that covers not only technical perspectives, but also explores the subtle considerations of the national and international legal frameworks of the field.

UVT aims to cultivate a culture of cyber security by debating and delving into specific examples of cyber vulnerability situations and the thematic subtleties of the field. It is important to note that these debates are adapted to be accessible to the general public, but also to different categories of specialized public (students, teachers, experts of the professional environment), within the general context of European cyber security.
