On Tuesday, September 26, from 17:00, we invite you to an engaging discussion "On the (post)humanistic potential of science".
Our guest, Doru Căstăian, is a professor of social and human sciences at the "Dimitrie Cuclin" Arts High School in Galati and at the "Vasile Alecsandri" National College in Galati, associate professor of critical thinking and bioethics at the Faculty of History, Philosophy and Theology in within the "Dănărea de Jos" University from Galati.
The event will take place at the West University of Timișoara, in the Aula Magna. Moderator of the event, Prof. Univ. Dr. Mădălin Bunoiu, UVT Vice-Chancellor, will provide an interactive and challenging discussion.
This event is part of the "Connect to the Future" series, a series that aims to popularize science (especially the exact sciences) through an interactive dialogue between a moderator, the audience and one or more specialists from the faculties and the scientific community national and international. The chosen themes start from issues of interest to the community discussed in the media.
