In addition to the facilities it grants its students for academic performance (which include, for example, excellence, performance and merit scholarships), UVT has also prepared a package of benefits for future students, those who, during their high school studies, achieved outstanding results in various national and international competitions and Olympiads, who obtain an average of 10 in the baccalaureate exam or who are promotion leaders in the best high schools in each county.

Students who obtained during their high school studies awards (XNUMXst, XNUMXnd, XNUMXrd prizes, mention) at international school olympiads will be admitted directly to places financed from the state budget, to any undergraduate university study program, without taking the admission test.

            Also, students who obtained during their high school studies awards at national school olympiads or other national or international competitions they will benefit from special admission conditions, depending on the methodology established by each individual faculty.

            Olympic students, those who obtain an average of 10 in the baccalaureate exam and the promotion heads of the best high schools in each county benefits, based on an invitation letter signed by the rector of UVT, from the following benefit packages if they choose to study at the Western University of Timișoara:

• access, under the specific admission conditions for each UVT faculty, on toll-free places;
• exemption from all taxes related to the admission process (registration fee, registration fee (confirmation) etc.);
• integration into the activities carried out in projects / research centers of UVT;
• Start UVT scholarship, in the amount of 500 lei/month, granted from the UVT funds, which can be combined with the merit scholarship, in the amount of 700 lei/month and with the social scholarship, in the amount of 600 lei/month, provided that the conditions are met granting them, according to UVT regulations;
• providing transport and accommodation costs for participations with works at national / international conferences;
• flexibility in choosing the educational path (the possibility to choose subjects and other didactic and research activities from other faculties);
• free accommodation in the UVT dormitories;
• free pass throughout the undergraduate studies at Central University Library "Eugen Todoran" from Timișoara;
• special meetingse, and personal, with scientific, cultural and sports personalities, of national and international rank, participating in the events organized by UVT;
• public transport in the municipality of Timișoara in the regime free;
• stays for free at the UVT cottage from Poiana Rului;
• accession free la sports bases university from Timișoara;
• participation free in the 2021/2022 edition UVT Liberty Marathon;
• subscription to Timisoara National Theatre and/or at Romanian National Opera Timisoara and/or at Banat Philharmonic;
• free access to the football team's matches UVT Timișoara re-pension.
