The West University of Timișoara is launching the "Film Break" projection series, a project that wants to transform the amphitheater into a cinema hall.
The first screening will take place on Wednesday, 16.11.2022, at 18:00, in the A11 amphitheater.
The documentary "Home" follows the lives of nine children and their parents who lived in harmony with nature in the wilds of the Bucharest Delta for 20 years, until they are kicked out and forced to adapt to life in the big city.
The film will be followed by a dialogue with Radu Ciorniciuc, winner of the Gopo award for directorial debut in 2021. The discussion will be moderated by Adina Baya.
The events are part of the cultural program "At UVT, Culture is Capital", included in the Cultural Program "Timișoara 2023 - European Capital of Culture", the Oameni territory, the Reflections station, financed by the Municipality of Timișoara through the Project Center, co-financed by the Timiș County Council.
