On Wednesday, May 25, 2022, the entire academic community of UVT will enjoy a ceremonial moment, when the title of Doctor Honoris Causa Artis will be awarded to master Cristian Măcelaru, cultural ambassador of Romania internationally, currently music director of the National Orchestra of France and Principal Conductor of the WDR Sinfonieorchester in Cologne.

The ceremony of awarding the title of Doctor Honoris Causa Artis of the West University of Timișoara to master Cristian Măcelaru will take place in the Aula Magna "Ioan Curea" of the UVT, located on the first floor, the main office of the UVT (V. Pârvan no. 4), Wednesday, May 25, 2022, starting at 10:00 a.m. You're welcome!
