"Master Your Digital Future" - youth training program for a digitized future

In this new world, students need an education system that concretely prepares them for the job market in the IT&C sector. The main objective of the "Master Your Digital Future" project is to familiarize the students of the specialized faculties with what the jobs of the future represent and to support them in accessing the set of skills necessary for them.

"Master Your Digital Future" is a project through which the students of IT&C faculties are invited to a consultation process, which highlights their vision, priorities and aspirations for a digitized future. Students will have the opportunity to propose changes to the legislation in force, and the most relevant proposals will be awarded with internships at top IT companies in Romania.

The initiators of the winning proposals will be invited to the Conference of Plenipotentiaries, which will take place between September 26 and October 14. During the event, they will have the opportunity to present their point of view regarding the improvement of the educational system in Romania.

Three university centers were chosen for project presentation events, namely Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Bucharest, but the project is addressed to students from all over the country, who will be approached through social networks and student organizations.

In Timișoara, the event will take place on Thursday, May 26 and will be hosted in the Aula Magna "Ioan Curea" of UVT, where the students of the following faculties will be invited:

  • Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science (UVT)
  • Faculty of Economics and Business Administration - Specialization in Economic Informatics (UVT)
  • Polytechnic University of Timisoara
  • Faculty of Computer Science
  • Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technologies
