A premiere on the publishing market in Romania, "Dictionary of Central-European Roman from the XNUMXth century" is launched at UVT

The West University of Timișoara is hosting on Friday, January 13, the launch event of the volume "Dictionary of the Central European Roman from the XNUMXth century", coordinated by the beloved writer Adriana Babeți.

A premiere on the publishing market in Romania, "Dictionary of Central-European Roman from the 256th century" is a repertoire that introduces the public to a series of literatures that are relatively little known to them. The list of XNUMX selected novels includes famous titles and names - such as those of Nobel Prize-winning writers - but also unknown or forgotten ones (although almost all the presented novels have been translated into popular languages, and many have been screened). Forbidden novels, censored novels, exiled novels, clandestine novels, "drawer" novels, postponed novels, unfinished novels, posthumous novels - all these categories are fully found in the dictionary, which can guide literary critics, writers and everyone those passionate about literature in the so unpredictable territory of Central European literature.

Among the participants in the event will be figures from the literary world, such as Graţiela Benga, Daciana Branea, Dorian Branea, Alexandru Budac, Laura Cheie, Afrodita Cionchin, Simona Constantinovici, Gabriela Glăvan, Ilinca Ilian, Gabriel Kohn, Marius Lazurca, Mircea Mihăieş, Alexandru Oravițan, Dana Percec, Vasile Popovici, Radu Pavel Gheo, Roxana Rogobete, Dumitru Tucan, Cornel Ungureanu, Ciprian Valcan, Smaranda Vultur.

The dialogue will be moderated by Adriana Babeți.

Access to the A01 Amphitheater will be limited to available seats.
