The Western University of Timișoara is happy to announce a new top position in the international classifications, occupying the first position at national level in the prestigious "Nature" ranking in the field of physics, carried out for the period June 1, 2022 - May 31, 2023. This honorable position reflects excellence and UVT's significant contribution to physics research.
The Nature ranking is globally recognized for evaluating and highlighting the best research institutions in various scientific fields. In the field of physics, the West University of Timișoara demonstrated an exceptional performance during the mentioned period, according to the research results published in prestigious journals such as: European Physical Journal C, Journal of High Energy Physics, Physical Review Letters or Nature Physics.
