We invite you to a cultural event that will inspire and brighten us this week.
On Thursday, October 28, starting at 18:00, there will be a new conference organized by the Western University of Timisoara, under the title "At UVT, Culture is the Capital". The writer and diplomat Vasile Popovici will have a dialogue with the renowned man of culture from Timisoara Mircea Mihăieș on a very current topic: About false teachers.

How to choose the truth from the lie when both appear in the same forms and speak the same language? In the midst of crisis, if indeed we are going through a crisis, the question of truth and falsehood has suddenly become the supreme question. Is the dissolution of criteria and confusion of interpretation the consequence, or perhaps the cause, of the era we live in, when false teachers and false prophets take over social media and proclaim an unprecedented cacophony? Or, on the contrary, are these all an old and troubling problem since the origins of our civilization?
