Competition tests:

The competition for filling the vacant position consists of 4 successive stages, as follows:

  1. the selection of enrollment files;
  2.  written test – 10:00 a.m.;
  3. practical test – 13:00 a.m.;
  4.  interview - 14:00 p.m.

Each trial is eliminatory.

Competition files will be submitted by 09.06.2023, at 15:00 p.m. at the UVT Registry (with menț"At the attention of the Human Resources Department, job application file"Job title"), UVT headquarters or at the e-mail addresses vanessa.dicso@e-uvt.ro, resourceumane@e-uvt.ro and will contain mandatory the following documents:

  1. competition registration application addressed to the head of the organizing public institution (Annex 1);
  2. copy of the birth certificate, copy of the identity document or any other document that certifies the identity, according to the law, as the case may be;
  3. copies of documents certifying the level of studies and other documents certifying the performance of specializations, copies of documents certifying the fulfillment of specific conditions;
  4. copy of the work card, or, as the case may be, a certificate certifying seniority in work, in the trade and/or in the specialty of studies;
  5. the criminal record issued no more than 6 months before the date of the competition (original);
  6. medical certificate attesting to the appropriate state of health issued no more than 6 months before the competition by the candidate's family doctor or by the competent health units (original);
  7. curriculum vitae;
  8. letter of recommendation;
  9. declaration regarding the authenticity of the documents (Annex 2).

- The certificate certifying the state of health clearly contains the number, date, name of the issuer and its quality, in the standard format established by the Ministry of Health.

Information regarding the position of real estate administrator, within the Social Service:

  • The post of real estate administrator is subordinate to the Head of Service;
  • Duration and working conditions: the position is for a fixed period, with the possibility of extension, the duration of the working time being 8 hours/day, respectively 40 hours/week under normal working conditions;
  • The minimum gross salary for the position is 3610 lei.
  • Food allowance: 347 lei.
  • The trial period is 30 days according to the law;
  • Rest leave and its duration: granted annually in accordance with the provisions of the republished Labor Code and special laws (if applicable).

  7. has not been definitively convicted for committing a crime against humanity, against the state or against the authority, in the service or in connection with the service, which prevents the execution of justice, forgery or acts of corruption or a crime committed with intent, which would - incompatible with the exercise of the function, except for the situation in which rehabilitation has taken place.

  • Higher studies in progress;
  • Job-specific seniority (Experience in a similar position): no experience;
  • Experience in a similar field is an advantage;

  • Represents the UVT management in the Lease Agreement concluded with the tenants staying in the UVT student dormitories;
  • Responsible for the observance of order and discipline according to the provisions of the Rental Agreement concluded between UVT and the accommodated tenants;
  • Demonstrates fair and responsible behavior towards the residents of the dormitory;
  • Responsible for keeping in appropriate conditions, according to the legislation in force, the movable and immovable assets under management;
  • Responsible for the performance and maintenance of the cleaning in the common spaces of the dormitory and monitors the quality of the work of the caretakers;
  • Responsible for the optimal operation of the electrical, sanitary, thermal, cable TV and internet installations, electronic and household appliances, checking the hostel's reporting register daily;
  • Intervenes by phone, written address, e-mail at the dispatch centers of utility and service providers whenever they notice interruptions or abnormal operation of electrical, sanitary, natural gas, water, heat, channel, TV signal, internet, electronic and household appliances installations ;
  • Prepares monthly statistical models from which the operating costs of the home are quantified and valued: electricity, cold water, hot water, natural gas, household waste, salaries, and other services;
  • Draws up the necessary reports for the execution of maintenance and repair works related to the building;
  • Respond by signature to the accuracy and reality of the materials settled through the Report of Necessity, for the execution of the requested maintenance and repair works;
  • He is responsible by his signature for the accuracy and reality of the entries in the Consumption Receipts and Transfer Receipts issued by the manager of the central warehouse;
  • Notifies the hierarchical superior of problems that he cannot solve, by written address, e-mail or telephone;
  • Accommodates students at the beginning of the academic year, according to the provisions;
  • Accommodation Regulations, handing over the room, its inventory and inventory items (linen) based on an annex to the Rental Agreement;
  • Monitors, together with the dormitory committee, compliance with the provisions of the Lease Agreement.
  • Draws up the relevant documentation (reprimand, warning, exclusion from the dormitory) for tenants who do not comply with the obligations assumed by the Rental Agreement;
  • Responsible for the up-to-date completion of the Real Estate Book;
  • Responsible for obtaining the Building Operation Authorization from the competent authorities;
  • Prepares Procurement Plan Proposals for products, services, works necessary to carry out the activities;
  • He is a member of the Commission for the reception of current repairs, capital works, modernizations, rehabilitations;
  • Performs Inventory of material assets, at the deadlines and under the conditions provided by law, together with the inventory commission - as a manager or member of the commission;
  • Makes proposals for the scrapping of fixed assets and inventory items from the management of the home, according to the normative acts in force;
  • As a user, he is responsible for the correctness of the information regarding the accommodated students in the UMS computer system;
  • It uses the UMS computer system, for the generation of Report-type documents, documents that are used to record students in the dormitory, to track the collection of dormitory fees, statistics, etc. ;
  • Updates the UMS database regarding changes in student records, dormitory fee records, grants granted, tax reductions;
  • Establishes the delivery schedule and monitors the collection of household waste in a selective regime according to the normative acts in force;
  • Organizes the activity in the dormitory for the realization of disinsection and deratization services;
  • It ensures the confidentiality of the personal data it processes throughout the duration of the individual employment contract and after its termination, for an unlimited period, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679, other applicable provisions of European Union law or internal law;
  • It is a service obligation to check daily (except for legal leave) the electronic correspondence received at the institutional e-mail address;
  • It constitutes a service obligation and other tasks given by the superior hierarchical head, related to the specifics of the position with respect for the fair distribution of tasks between positions;
  • It is obliged to comply with the provisions of the UVT Charter, the Regulations and other internal regulations in force.
