Edward Nicolae Luttwak

A renowned researcher, analyst, strategist, author of major works in the fields of international relations and strategic studies, Edward Luttwak is a global figure in the history of strategic theory in the second half of the XNUMXth century and the beginning of the XNUMXst century.
