Professor of Philosophy of Education, Research Policy and Academic Leadership and Research Director of the Department of Educational Sciences, of the prestigious University of Oxford. Also, Professor Oancea is Senior Adviser for Research Impact of the University of Oxford, and between 2016-2017 she was University Pro-Rector, Officer of the University. At the same time, since 2012 he is also a Governing Body Fellow, University of Oxford, Kellog College, part of the institutional consultative structure for strategic decisions.
