Aware of the importance of continuing education and adult education, Professor Arnold develops and publishes an impressive number of books and articles in the field and develops a series of models and theories, taken up and used by numerous specialists. In recent years, research activities are focused on the design of a pragmatic "Systemic Pedagogy", dedicated to strengthening the attitude and skills of change agents in self-organizing systems.
