Doctor Honoris Causa Scientiarium

Born in 1936, Mr. Ioan Rus studied at the general school in his native village (Ianoșda), then at the Emanuil Gojdu High School in Oradea, where he discovered his passion for the exact sciences and made the decision to follow his path to knowledge in mathematics at the Faculty of Mathematics from ClujNapoca. Shortly after graduating from university (in 1960), Mr. Ioan Rus completed his doctoral studies under the scientific direction of Professor DVIonescu, also benefiting from a period of study and documentation at the University of Lund, Sweden.
