Doctor Honoris Causa Socialium Scientiarum

Born in 1944 in Saint Julien en Genevois, in a family with a deep respect for the fascinating world of classical languages, Professor Jacques Richard studied economics and law in parallel, obtaining in 1966 the diploma at the Ecole des Sciences Economiques et Sociales in Paris and in 1968 Diploma in private law studies at Paris-Sorbonnes. His educational path was always marked by the desire to combine the interdisciplinary approach of management theory with the study of foreign languages ​​that allowed him access to different cultures and to the outstanding personalities in his main field of interest, accounting.
