Previous years outstanding exams – Semester 1 exam session

According to regulations The Code of Student Rights and Obligations and the Regulation on the Professional Activity of UVT Bachelor's and Master's Degree Students, students who have outstanding exams from previous years must pay o re-examination fee at least 2 working days before the start of the exam session in which they want to take the respective exam. 

Thus, deadlines for the payment of the re-examination fee for overdue exams from the first semester of the previous study years are:

- 17.01.2024 - for the AI ​​session (session period being 20.01.2024-11.02.2024);

- 14.02.2024 - for the BI session (session period being 19.02.2024-25.02.2024).

In order to take the outstanding exams, it is not necessary to submit an application, but only to pay the previously mentioned fee.

Taxes are paid on the StudentWeb platform, from the section Financial -> Payments.

The exams from previous years can be taken in any exam session related to the semester in which the discipline is held.

In case of a student does not show up to an exam for which paid the reexamination fee, this will be able to be used for presentation in another exam session from the same academic year, the same discipline. Reexamination fees paid it is not refundable.

To be able to take the review exam, students must have met the minimum standards arising from the discipline sheet, which will allow them to take the exam. Otherwise, if they did not meet these standards when they took the discipline, it must be recontracted (recontracting can only be done at the beginning of the academic year).

Students who have recontracted, at the beginning of this academic year, a subject related to the first semester, respectively they have paid the recontracting fee within the established term, and who have fulfilled during this semester the obligations and minimum standards mentioned in the discipline sheet, can claim as many a free presentation/exam in the AI ​​and BI sessions to that discipline.
