UVT in society

UVT assumed the role of being an active presence in the community of which we are a part, to do knowledge, art and sport accessible to the community, without compromise regarding the assimilation of these doctrines. This dimension of involvement it unites us in our diversity, through our effort to offer scientific, cultural, artistic and sports events in the community, where the guests are nationally and internationally recognized personalities. "Thinking out the box" is the belief on the basis of which we, the University of the West, have been active in the community in recent years, without imposed patterns, with flexibility, determination and a proactive attitude.
