pathways<\/strong><\/p><p>For the academic year 2025\/2026, the West University of Timisoara offers students the international activities package \u201c<strong>UNITA \u00e0 la carte<\/strong>\u201d, promoted within the framework of the UNITA \u2013 Universitas Montium Alliance.<\/p><p>The initiative aims to integrate into the study programmes of the universities belonging to the UNITA Alliance a <strong>selection of dedicated activities<\/strong> designed to foster <strong>personalised, multilingual, and international<\/strong> learning pathways.<\/p><p>The activities included in the \u201cUNITA \u00e0 la carte\u201d package at the West University of Timisoara consist of <strong>complementary courses designed to develop transversal skills<\/strong>, other than those related to the professional training specific to the student\u2019s field of study. <strong>Transversal competences refer to values and attitudes that extend beyond a specific field or study programme, <\/strong>such as autonomy and responsibility, social interaction, personal and professional development.<\/p><p>Following \u201cUNITA \u00e0 la carte\u201d courses are offered within this framework \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astfel, evenimentul <\/span><b><i>Internationalization of Curricula Through<\/i><\/b><b> UNITA (ICTU)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, desf\u0103\u0219urat \u00een dou\u0103 etape (martie \u015fi noiembrie 2023) la Universitatea din Torino, a oferit posibilitatea identific\u0103rii de parteneri \u00een alian\u0163\u0103 cu care cadre didactice din UVT s\u0103 colaboreze \u00een vederea interna\u0163ionaliz\u0103rii unor programe de studii (diplom\u0103 dubl\u0103\/multipl\u0103, diplom\u0103 integrat\u0103), ini\u0163ierii unor activit\u0103\u0163i de interna\u0163ionalizare a curriculei prin diverse ac\u0163iuni: UNITA <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborative International Learning<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (UCIL), Erasmus+ <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blended Intensive Programmes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sau mobilit\u0103\u0163i de predare. Succesul evenimentului l-a transformat \u00eentr-unul recurent \u00een alian\u0163a noastr\u0103, urm\u00e2nd ca \u00een iunie 2024 chiar UVT s\u0103 g\u0103zduiasc\u0103 a treia edi\u0163ie, la care se estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 vor participa aproximativ 150 de cadre didactice din UNITA. Astfel de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">matching events<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vor avea loc constant, pentru a facilita colabor\u0103ri, schimb de bune practici \u015fi ini\u0163iative noi concentrate pe ini\u0163iative noi \u00een Educa\u0163ie. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area pe tot parcursul vie\u0163ii, eforturile s-au axat pe definitivarea conceptului de microcertificare, particular alian\u0163ei noastre. <\/span><b>Succesul ini\u0163iativei UNITA <\/b><b><i>Teaching &amp; Learning Centres Network<\/i><\/b><b> a generat un demers mai amplu dedicat inov\u0103rii \u00een predare \u015fi \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are prin formare profesional\u0103 continu\u0103 \u00een faza de extindere \u015fi consolidare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O dimensiune esen\u0163ial\u0103 \u015fi distinct\u0103 a politicii de educa\u0163ie a alian\u0163ei UNITA o reprezint\u0103 <\/span><b>campusul digital interuniversitar. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dac\u0103 primii trei ani au fost dedica\u0163i dezvolt\u0103rii acestui instrument care va contribui nu numai la gestionarea ini\u0163iativelor educa\u0163ionale, ci \u015fi la conectarea studen\u0163ilor, a cadrelor didactice \u015fi a cercet\u0103torilor, \u00een faza a doua acest campus va deveni primul instrument al alian\u0163ei ce va fi gestionat printr-o colaborare \u00eentre entitatea legal\u0103 UNITA (unde va fi creat un Departament IT) \u015fi universit\u0103\u0163ile partenere (care vor avea o persoan\u0103 dedicat\u0103 sus\u0163inerii campusului).
