Programele intensive mixte au avut teme specifice, str\u00e2ns legate de dou\u0103 dintre principalele arii de interes ale Alian\u021bei UNITA: Economia circular\u0103 \u0219i patrimoniul cultural.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primul BIP, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Randopat-Heritrail \u2013 ciuperci, ierburi \u0219i alimente crude: Practici \u0219i credin\u021be<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a avut loc \u00eentre 7 \u0219i 11 noiembrie 2022, sub coordonarea dnei Prof. Univ. Dr. Dana Percec, urm\u00e2nd ca \u00een luna decembrie s\u0103 se desf\u0103\u0219oare \u0219i componenta virtual\u0103 a programului. Destinat at\u00e2t studen\u021bilor, la nivel de masterat \u0219i doctorat, precum \u0219i cadrelor universitare cu un interes \u00een patrimoniul cultural imaterial, acest program a consolidat re\u021beaua de cercetare dezvoltat\u0103 \u00een cadrul celui de-al patrulea pachet de lucru al Alian\u021bei UNITA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Principalele obiective au fost schimbul de cuno\u0219tin\u021be teoretice legate de practicile alimentare \u00een regiunea local\u0103 a Banatului \u0219i de dezvoltare a abilit\u0103\u021bilor practice (lucru de teren \u0219i orientare) \u00een grupul \u021bint\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programul privind patrimoniul cultural imaterial s-a inspirat din practicile \u0219i credin\u021bele locale \u0219i regionale asociate produc\u021biei \u0219i preg\u0103tirii alimentelor \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu mediul \u00eenconjur\u0103tor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru majoritatea regiunilor din Rom\u00e2nia, alimentele care sunt ob\u021binute direct din natur\u0103 sunt esen\u021biale \u0219i a\u0219a mai departe este consumul de ierburi \u0219i legume, a c\u0103ror cultivare este una dintre cele mai importante activit\u0103\u021bi \u00een familiile agricultorilor. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen acest fel, cuno\u0219tin\u021bele tradi\u021bionale au fost \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219ite \u00eentre aspecte care sunt accesibile tuturor (cum ar fi ritmurile de plantare, cre\u0219tere \u0219i culesul diferitelor plante) \u0219i informa\u021biile care sunt controlate numai de comunit\u0103\u021bi mici sau izolate, respectiv informa\u021bii care sunt accesibile doar c\u00e2torva cunosc\u0103tori: culegerea ciupercilor, soiurile de ciuperci, preg\u0103tirea lor; cunoa\u0219terea ierburilor cu utilitate terapeutic\u0103 \u0219i\/sau culinar\u0103; cunoa\u0219terea fructelor, cultivarea, utilizarea \u0219i prepararea lor etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cel de-al doilea BIP a avut loc \u00eentre 21 \u0219i 25 noiembrie 2022 sub numele de\u00a0 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Introducerea studen\u021bilor de la ciclul licen\u021b\u0103 \u00een economia circular\u0103, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">componenta virtual\u0103 derul\u00e2ndu-se \u00een s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na anterioar\u0103. Activit\u0103\u021bile au fost coordonate de Prof. Univ. Dr. Gabriela Mircea \u0219i s-au desf\u0103\u0219urat la Universitatea de Vest din Timi\u0219oara, unde studen\u021bii au avut ocazia s\u0103 abordeze studiului economiei circulare din punct de vedere multidisciplinar, prelegerile fiind sus\u021binute de diver\u0219i profesori \u0219i cercet\u0103tori de la Universitatea de Vest din Timi\u0219oara, precum \u0219i de alte p\u0103r\u021bi interesate de domeniul economiei circulare.
