The UNITA research initiation grants aim to accelerate the development of inter-university groups of educators, researchers and innovators who share a common interest in a research field and wish to develop this field by exchanging best practices and launching joint projects.

The call for the awarding of Starting Grants with the following themes:

"Tourism and cultural heritage in a digital world"
"Combinations of renewable energies and materials for a more sustainable world"

is open until Wednesday, May 8, 2024

Projects must be submitted by faculty or researchers from at least three different partner universities of the UNITA Alliance and must include postdoctoral and doctoral students in the working group.
The duration of a project is up to 12 months.
Multidisciplinary projects are particularly appreciated.
