Building CONTEXT from different sources: A multidisciplinary approach for assessing the late Hallstatt hillfort settlements from southwestern Romania

This project aims to investigate late Hallstatt hillfort settlements from southwestern Romania using a multidisciplinary approach that combines (i) high-resolution surface mapping using unmanned aerial vehicles and (ii) subsurface mapping techniques such as, magnetometry, electrical resistivity tomography, and ground-penetrating radar. The research will be conducted at three selected sites: Herneacova, Remetea Pogănici, and Crivina.
