West University of Timişoara through the Faculty of Arts and Design announces the start of the cultural project DESIGN TALKS_02. Strengthening Cultural Entrepreneurship and Audience and Public Development.
The project involves the organization of 2 cultural and educational events: Workshop and Conference, followed by an exhibition and the launch of the catalog Design Talks 2022.

Location of events: Galeria Mansarda FAD (Timișoara, Str. Oituz, no. 4)
the workshop, Different-Invasive, briefly describes the term "guerrilla" used in advertising and involves the implementation of some creative ideas guerilla advertising in one of three directions: local brands, local events, notions of civic culture (sustainable consumption, keeping the space clean, empathy, health, etc.). The designers, FAD students, have the role of finding creative solutions to solve the needs exposed in relation to the urban space.
Conference continues the previous session Design Talks_01 / 2021, and brings in a common dialogue current students or alumni, entrepreneurs in the creative area, defining local personalities for Design and Applied Arts specializations. Through supported materials and during the discussions, knowledge and information in the field will be highlighted with the aim of developing students' skills and abilities.
The conference will end with the opening of the works from the workshop and the launch of the catalog that integrates a synthesis of the communication sessions, articles and interviews.
