Career Counseling and Guidance Center (CCOC) from the Western University of Timișoara (UVT) offers you a new webinar this week - Teamwork – How do we work better with others?.
Not infrequently we are put in situations that require collaboration, teamwork, understanding others and mobilizing together with other colleagues towards a common goal. Whether it's a simple college project, work at work, or any other area of our lives that involves interacting with others for a common goal, it is useful to understand what are the most important aspects that facilitate integration in a group, what can be the roles assumed within it and how to better manage the activity carried out together with other people.
Thus, the topics we will address in the webinar are:
- How do groups change/evolve over time?
- Why do some groups work better and others less well?
- What roles can you have in a team?
- Tips & tricks on how you can work better with those around you
