The West Timișoara University Foundation in partnership with the West University of Timișoara and the Faculty of Music and Theatre, with the support of the Faculty of Arts and Design, organizes a series of seven events within the project "At UVT, Culture is the Capital!", with the title "WePerform - Music and theater evenings", 2023nd edition. The project is part of the "Timișoara XNUMX - European Capital of Culture" Cultural Program, Oameni territory, Reflectiţi station, and has as its main financier the Municipality of Timișoara, through the Project Center, and is co-financed by the Timiș County Council.
The start of this year's events will take place on Monday, June 13, 2022, in the Children's Park, from 17 p.m., with music workshops for percussion, stringed instruments (violin, viola), flute, clarinet and piano. Next, from 19 p.m., there will be a children's show "Carnival of animals" directed by Dr. Sebatian Felea and a recital performed by the students of the piano class, coordinated by Prof. Univ. skilled dr. Manuela Mihailescu.
The following events within the project "At UVT, Culture is the Capital!" with the title "WePerform - Music and Theater Evenings" XNUMXnd edition, will be held in the central squares and in two parks in Timișoara, as follows:
- June 15, 2022 "SING YOUR SOUL", in Piata Unirii;
- June 16, 2022, "EXECUTION FOR SELF", in Piața Traian;
- June 21, 2022, "FIREWORKS" in Piata Libertății;
- June 22, 2022, "MUSIC EVENING", in Libertății Square;
- June 24, 2022, "ACTORS' COMEDY", in Dacia Park;
- June 28, 2022, "DAWN-WAY", in Carmen Sylva Park.
