Selection procedure

  • Copy of the identity document or any other document certifying the identity, according to the law, as the case may be;
  • Curriculum Vitae and cover letter sent to email addresses support.social@e-uvt.ro and resourceumane@e-uvt.ro;
  • Interview support for people selected based on the mentioned criteria.

Contractual agreements

  • The internship program is carried out under the internship contract, in compliance with the specific activities established within it and the applicable internal regulations, under the direct coordination of a mentor.
  • The duties of the intern are provided in the internship sheet, annexed to the internship contract.
  • The duration of the working time is up to 4 hours per day, respectively a maximum of 20 hours per week and is determined by the internship contract.
  • The amount of allowance for the internship is 1.782 lei/month/intern.
  • As part of the internship program, the intern can participate in the forms of training carried out within the department, as appropriate.
  • Upon completion of the internship program, the intern's activity will be evaluated according to the provisions of Law 176/2018 and an internship certificate will be issued to him.
  • Other benefits: pleasant working environment in a dynamic team, the possibility of professional training and accumulation of experience, the possibility of employment.

Student Profile/Selection Criteria:

  • Student in bachelor's or master's programs;
  • Knowledge - computer: Microsoft Office and Google Drive;
  • Foreign languages ​​(requirement and degree of knowledge): conversational English.

General responsibilities of interns

  • To draw up the necessary reports for the execution of maintenance and repair works related to the building;
  • To draw up the related documentation (reprimand, warning, exclusion from the dormitory) for tenants who do not respect the obligations assumed by the rental contract;
  • To draw up procurement plan proposals for products, services, works necessary for carrying out the activities;
  • Learn to use the UMS computer system, to generate report-type documents, documents that are used to record students in the dormitory, to track the collection of dormitory fees, statistics, etc.
  • Learn to update the UMS database regarding changes in student records, dormitory fee records, grants awarded, fee reductions.
