Selection procedure

• Copy of the identity document or any other document certifying the identity, according to the law, as the case may be;
• Curriculum Vitae and cover letter sent to email addresses diana.bocse@e-uvt.ro and resourceumane@e-uvt.ro;
• Interview support for people selected based on the previously mentioned criteria.

The calendar of the internship program

Contractual agreements

• The internship program is carried out under the internship contract, in compliance with the specific activities established within it and the applicable internal regulations, under the direct coordination of a mentor.
• The duties of the intern are provided in the internship sheet, annexed to the internship contract.
• The duration of the working time is up to 4 hours per day, respectively a maximum of 20 hours per week and is determined by the internship contract.
• The amount of allowance for the internship is 1.782 lei/month/intern.
• As part of the internship program, the intern can participate in the forms of training carried out within the department, as appropriate.
• Upon completion of the internship program, the intern's activity will be evaluated according to the provisions of Law 176/2018 and an internship certificate will be issued to him.

Student Profile/Selection Criteria:

• Solid knowledge of ERP-type indormatic systems;
• Advanced knowledge of operating and testing SAP systems;
• Basic knowledge in configuring and using tools specific to SAP systems;
• Ability to analyze and make decisions;
• Communication skills.

General responsibilities of interns

• Coordination,/ identification/ collection/ of business requirements and their mapping to the functionalities of SAP systems;
• Management and coordination of changes at SAP level for the modules you are responsible for;
• Testing implementations, new versions of functionalities, support in testing activities, including documentation of test case results.
• Ensuring support in business projects that have inputs and outputs in/from SAP systems;
• Analysis and resolution of tickets;
• Registration of tickets in the ticketing system;
• Creation of technical and user documentation;
