Talking about Constantin Chiriac is an audacity that can be paid dearly. How can you describe in words this great initiate, "possessed" by what Plato called "mania", that is, "divine madness". Only a sublime madman of the Romanian theater could start from a festival with only a few countries, and then raise it to a worldwide dignity. "It was crazy. An assumption I made then with some beautiful fools. It grew in geometric progression... Madness, and I, the biggest madman" - confesses Constantin Chiriac.
