Doctor Honoris Causa Beneficiorum Publicorum

We find ourselves in the position of bringing a well-deserved recognition to an important name in the sphere of Portuguese administration and European politics, in the person of the Lord Mayor of Lisbon Carlos Manuel Félix Moedas, a specialist in multiple fields with an outstanding professional career, who studied in some of the most important universities of the world: Lisbon, (where he graduated in civil engineering in 1993 at the Instituto Superior tecnico), Paris (through an Erasmus program at École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées) and Harvard (where he obtained in 2000 a Master Degree in Administration Business).
