Doctor Honoris Causa Beneficiorum publicorum

Dr. Bernd Fabritius was born on May 14, 1965 in Agnita, Romania and emigrated to Germany in 1984, where he studied public administration, political science and law, becoming a doctor of law in 2003 at the Eberhard-Karls University of Tubingen and the Lucian University Blaga from Sibiu, with a co-supervised thesis on the procedure for resolving administrative disputes in European law.
