Selection procedure

  • Copy of the identity document or any other document certifying the identity, according to the law, as the case may be;
  • Curriculum Vitae and cover letter sent to email addresses dana.turcan@e-uvt.ro and resourceumane@e-uvt.ro;
  • Interview support for people selected based on the previously mentioned criteria.

Contractual agreements

  • The internship program is carried out under the internship contract, in compliance with the specific activities established within it and the applicable internal regulations, under the direct coordination of a mentor.
  • The duties of the intern are provided in the internship sheet, annexed to the internship contract.
  • The duration of the working time is up to 4 hours per day, respectively a maximum of 20 hours per week and is determined by the internship contract.
  • The amount of allowance for the internship is 1.782 lei/month/intern.
  • As part of the internship program, the intern can participate in the forms of training carried out within the department, as appropriate.
  • Upon completion of the internship program, the intern's activity will be evaluated according to the provisions of Law 176/2018 and an internship certificate will be issued to him.

Student Profile/Selection Criteria:

  • Higher studies in progress, minimum 2nd year of bachelor's degree;
  • Experience in Music or Theatre;
  • PC operation (Ms Office);
  • Advanced written/spoken English.
  • Ensuring the props, taking into account that they integrate into the general set of the decor;
  • Management of stage props and furniture;
  • Packing props and furniture for touring, attending all road shows;
  • Assisting the Administrator in the execution of annual management inventories;
  • Maintaining the props warehouse in perfect cleanliness;
  • Compliance with labor protection rules and PSI;
  • Comply with the rules of the Public Health Inspectorate, disinfecting the objects given for use both at rehearsals and at performances;
  • Supply of props;
  • Perform any other tasks in the field of the position given by the supervisor;
  • Take part in setting loading, personally ensuring and checking that all props are loaded;
  • Performs small necessary repairs to scenery and props;
  • Inscribe the inventory numbers on the objects that make up the show at the time of collection from the Faculty warehouse;
  • Responsible for the condition, maintenance and existence of props for each show;
  • He is responsible for the shortages and damages caused by negligence and maintains the props in permanent working condition;
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely performance of the tasks set out in the job description, as well as the attributions given by internal decisions, organization and operation regulations, internal regulations;
  • Responsible for meeting the established deadlines for setting up/dismantling the shows.
  • Performs any tasks, in the field of the position, given by the management of the Faculty.
