Selection procedure

• Copy of the identity document or any other document certifying the identity, according to the law, as the case may be;
• Curriculum Vitae and cover letter sent to email addresses vanessa.dicso@e-uvt.ro and resourceumane@e-uvt.ro;
• Interview support for people selected based on the previously mentioned criteria.

Contractual agreements

• The internship program is carried out under the internship contract, in compliance with the specific activities established within it and the applicable internal regulations, under the direct coordination of a mentor.
• The duties of the intern are provided in the internship sheet, annexed to the internship contract.
• The duration of the working time is up to 4 hours per day, respectively a maximum of 20 hours per week and is determined by the internship contract.
• The amount of allowance for the internship is 1.782 lei/month/intern.
• As part of the internship program, the intern can participate in the forms of training carried out within the department, as appropriate.
• Upon completion of the internship program, the intern's activity will be evaluated according to the provisions of Law 176/2018 and an internship certificate will be issued to him.

Student Profile/Selection Criteria:

• Year II - III, undergraduate studies;
• Foreign languages;
• Communication skills;
• IT skills.

• Promotion of the educational offer of UVT in online / offline format;
• Participation in events organized by ISJ / educational institutions in online, offline format;
• Participation in events organized by UVT / faculties in online, offline format;
• Preparation of administrative documents;
• Department statistics, database maintenance, digitization of UVT offer promotion processes.
