Announcement for the organization of the UVT Media Hub internship program

Selection procedure

• Copy of the identity document or any other document certifying the identity, according to the law, as the case may be;
• Curriculum Vitae and cover letter sent to email addresses lavinia.tiplea@e-uvt.ro and resourceumane@e-uvt.ro;
• Interview support for people selected based on the previously mentioned criteria.

Contractual agreements

• The internship program is carried out under the internship contract, in compliance with the specific activities established within it and the applicable internal regulations, under the direct coordination of a mentor.
• The duties of the intern are provided in the internship sheet, annexed to the internship contract.
• The duration of the working time is up to 4 hours per day, respectively a maximum of 20 hours per week and is determined by the internship contract.
• The amount of allowance for the internship is 1.782 lei/month/intern.
• As part of the internship program, the intern can participate in the forms of training carried out within the department, as appropriate.
• Upon completion of the internship program, the intern's activity will be evaluated according to the provisions of Law 176/2018 and an internship certificate will be issued to him.
• Other benefits: pleasant working environment in a dynamic team, the possibility of professional training and accumulation of experience, the possibility of employment.

Student Profile/Selection Criteria:

• Student of the Western University of Timișoara at the time of registration for the competition;
• Solid knowledge of using graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

• Realizing the visual identity of materials related to various events organized by the university or its partners, when appropriate;
• Creation of print materials (brochures, flyers, magazines, posters, etc.), digital (social media covers & posts, web banners & ads, etc.), customization of objects, large banners and expos (roll up, spider, wave , etc.);
• Communication with colleagues in the department (copywrite, social media officer, press officer) in order to create materials or advertising campaigns.
