Download the application-type for accommodation at the cabin "Bertha", from the town of Poiana Mărului, fill in (all fields in the application/form are mandatory) by the applicant in physical format;
After completion, number from the SIMD program is given (at the UVT Registry) and sent for approval in the following order, to:
– The person selected by the originator of the form for approval (Dean/Department Director/Head of Service/etc.);
– The person responsible for the availability of the cabin, Mr. Gabriel Morar, (Administrative Service);
– Deputy General Administrative Director;
To obtain favorable approval, the application must be approved by all responsible persons.
The resolution of the request will be sent to the email address of the applicant.

UVT PARKING PLACE RESERVATION REQUEST FORM
- Completing the form by the applicant (the request to reserve parking spaces will only be made in the case of events);

- The person selected by the originator of the form for approval (Dean/Department Director/Head of Service/etc.);

- Deputy General Administrative Director (Mr. Vlad Petcu);
