In the most recent competitive participation, the cyclists of the velo-team "UVT-Devron West Cycling Team" managed to achieve very good performances, so they climbed onto the podium of the winners of the competition "Ziridava Road Race", which held its the XNUMXth edition in Arad, organized by the Euromediu Association.
The cyclists of the team from Timișoara started in two races and collected, again, top rankings.
Thus, in the time trial, they reached the podium:
1st place – Georgeta Ungureanu (Elite F)
1st place – Stefan Dragoiu (J)
2nd place – Iustin Vaidian (U23)
3rd place – Alin Toader (J)
3rd place – Andrei Sobennicov
In the cross-country event - scored in the Romanian Cup - the people from Timișoara fought practically on all fronts and, even if, due to injuries, Andrew Sobennikov and Mihai Babaiță left the race, in the end several rankings were scored in the top 3 :
1st place – Georgeta Ungureanu
1st place - Andrei Ionuţ (U23) - after a typical sprint;
3rd place – Iustin Vaidian (U23);
1rd place – Alin Toader (J)
2nd place – Stefan Drăgoiu (J)
1st place – Gaita Madalin (M)
3rd place – Remus Farcas (M)
David Urs and Emil Chepețan entered the competition alongside them, who deserve to be congratulated for their efforts.

The members of the UVT-Devron West Cycling Team resumed their training, aiming for a full energy participation and the best possible result in the rounds of the National Championship, the big attraction of the season.
