Also, UVT will organize, together with FRF, football and educational events, in order to develop a culture of performance, based on the fundamental academic and sports values, but also research programs, with football as a research object, as a sports phenomenon and social, training methods, physical training, sports management and marketing, sports medicine. We want to jointly carry out national and international projects that will be able to find funding from non-reimbursable funds, useful projects for the development of sports infrastructure, carrying out research in common areas of interest, carrying out sporting events, disseminating academic and sporting values in society, the development of educational offers for athletes, but also for all those engaged in sports, for students especially, especially in the field of dual professional training, professional retraining and specialization."

The President of the FRF, Răzvan Burleanu: "We are at a moment when we introduce the concept of education into the practice of the sports federation. In fact, education for sports in general, for football in particular, is among the five strategic objectives that the FRF has adopted through its long-term development vision. The FRF is the only sports federation that also has a strategy adopted through a written document. Through the agreement that we are initialing today at UVT, we want to organize an education and licensing center B, to regionalize these coaching licensing programs. We chose Timișoara because we are very close to UVT, because we appreciate the openness, in all its amplitude, to the football phenomenon, which at UVT is visible and permanent. We will add to this B license course and a junior B license course, which adopts the model where for each age category we want to have specialist coaches. Later, we will also develop the C degree courses, aimed at graduates of the faculties of physical education and sport, which we will integrate into the package prepared together with the Western University of Timișoara. We are optimistic and confident that the partnership with UVT will provide a conducive environment for the culture of sports and football."
