Organized by the Faculty of Law of the Western University of Timișoara, New Legal Ideas Conference constitutes a platform for proposing and testing innovative legal ideas, through a dialogue that encourages critical analysis and constructive debate.
The conference is held in a format that pits, for each speaker, a respondent to offer a "welcome comment" to the ideas advanced by him. The texts of the interventions and responses are to be published in a special issue of Annals of the West University of Timișoara – Law Series, publication co-edited by Universul Juridic Publishing House and Western University Publishing House and indexed in the international databases HeinOnline, EBSCOhost and CEEOL.
