A new academic year has begun again Career Counseling and Guidance Center (CCOC) al West University of Timisoara (UVT) wants to support students, to have a smooth and confident journey! Thus, CCOC-UVT proposes two webinars whose topics will address introductory notions regarding the use of educational platforms used in UVT for teaching activities, but also a series of information regarding the creation of a learning environment as beneficial as possible or regarding personalized learning methods and techniques.
"Introduction to using educational digital tools"
In the context of conducting didactic activities in online format, the CCOC team proposes a webinar in which a series of introductory concepts will be presented to help students successfully use the digital tools used at the UVT level in the educational process. Basic information about the workings of the academic environment will also be recalled, discussing the structure of the university, study programs, the meaning of transferable study credits, etc.
Therefore, students who encounter problems with identifying the matriculation number on StudentWeb or with accessing the Google Meet, Google Classroom, etc. platforms. are expected at this webinar, Thursday, September 30, 2021, 16:20 p.m.
"The Art of Learning"
In this webinar, we will discuss the possible barriers that students may face in the learning activity, also addressing a series of strategies that can help them build solid, resistant habits in the face of difficulties or challenges encountered in the educational process.
Learning is a central activity present every day in a student's life, and we all know that it is not easy to learn sustainably on a daily basis and stay connected to each subject. However, learning itself is a process that can be constantly refined and improved, and CCOC counselors aim to support students in this way to have a successful educational path!
