The Faculty of Law of the Western University of Timișoara, through the Center for Business Law Timișoara, is organizing, between May 11-14, 2023, in Gărâna, in Caraș-Severin county, the second edition of the Business Law Spring School.
The event is attended by 18 students of the IV year of the Faculty of Law from Timișoara, together with teaching staff from the law faculties of the West University of Timișoara, "Babeș-Bolyai" University Cluj-Napoca and "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University Iași and together with lawyers from Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP), one of the leaders of the legal market in Romania, and insolvency practitioners from CITR, one of the leaders of the insolvency and restructuring sector in Romania.
The second edition of the Business Law Spring School enjoys the support of the University of the West in Timișoara, the Foundation of the University of the West in Timișoara, as well as the partners Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP), CITR and Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații.
