The Western University of Timișoara organizes the conference "The Barbarian invasions on the lower Danube and into the Balkans in the 3rd c. BC and the end of Roman Dacia. New evidence and considerations", supported by Prof. dr. emeritus Karl Strobel, University of Klagenfurt, Austria.
The conference will take place on September 20, 2023, from 18 p.m., at the Faculty of Letters, History and Theology, Bd. Vasile Pârvan no. 4, Room A01. Questions can be asked in Romanian, English or German.
Professor Karl Strobel is a renowned researcher of the history of Roman and pre-Roman Dacia and author of important monographs, including the most recent, "Emperor Trajan. An era of universal history", was recently translated into Romanian.
