The intellectual property conference is the only scientific event organized annually in Romania dedicated to intellectual property law, and at this edition it aims to discuss the complex and current issues regarding prerogatives, forms, modalities, regimes and any other applications of order and public interest in the sphere of intellectual property , analyzed through the lens of civil law institutions. The conference is an opportunity to inform practicing specialists in the field of intellectual property, the topics under discussion addressing the relationship between public interest and private interest in the recognition and protection of intellectual property, related to the specifics of use deprivation of intellectual creations.

This year, the conference is part of the series of events Faculty of Law from Timișoara – 30 years, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Faculty of Law of the Western University of Timișoara.
