The Western University of Timișoara (UVT), through the team of professionals from the Faculty of Law, contributed to one of Romania's most important international processes. Irina Sferdian and Lucian Bojin, university professors from the Faculty of Law of the Western University of Timișoara, were part of the team of experts who presented expert opinions on Romania's proposal for the settlement of the dispute with Gabriel Resources, in the Rosia Montană file, in which The Romanian State obtained a favorable decision at the International Court of Arbitration in Washington.
Irina Sferdian is a doctor of law, university professor of the Private Law Department of the UVT Faculty of Law, director of the Doctoral School of Law of the UVT Faculty of Law, notary public and trainer at the Romanian Notary Institute. Lucian Bojin is a doctor of law, university lecturer and director of the Department of Public Law within the Faculty of Law at UVT, partner in the Valentin & Asociații law firm, being an expert in the preparation and support of pleadings for court cases and arbitration.
